Successfully completed the SiP course Quality Assurance: Improving Public Organizations through Self-Assessment. A variety of approaches have been launched across all types of public / private organizations and in all sectors, at European, national, federal, regional and local levels. We discussed the ISO (International Standardization Organization) evaluation tool and focused on the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) certification / accreditation procedure. In the course participated european friends from Poland who are working in public organizations.
The course is based on "learning by doing and reflecting" and training method through various collaborative activities. The content and fundamental information introduced through the thematic modules within a group instructional setting.
