Press Release: "The Touch of Art” – Mobility in Athens

The Athens phase

The Athens phase of the Erasmus+ project Touch of Arts provided participants with hands-on experience in different art forms. Through creative workshops and collaborative learning, participants explored art as a method for inclusion, reflection and personal development. Surrounded by history and creativity, participants experienced different forms of art that encouraged expression, teamwork, and self-discovery. The Athens phase was a powerful reminder of how art connects cultures and ideas.

About Project

Supported by Erasmus+ and INEDIVIM, the European project The Touch of Art, designed and submitted by Society in Progress, successfully held its fourth mobility in Athens from 1 to 5 December. The programme brought together participants from Greece, France, Sweden, Spain and Armenia. Following previous mobilities in France, Sweden and Spain, Athens marked a significant milestone ahead of the final mobility, which will take place in Armenia. The project explores how different countries use art as a tool for social inclusion, focusing on people with diverse disabilities and impairments, and aims to highlight good practices that empower individuals to express their emotions, experiences and perspectives within society.
